compile from port with many option

I use to compile software from source code in Linux . For example with apache :

Quote:
./configure --prefix=/usr/local/apache
--enable-module=access --enable-module=log_config
--enable-module=dir --enable-module=mime
--enable-module=auth --enable-module=so
--enable-module=rewrite
But I don't know how to compile from ports with those option . In the hanbook just only give me the prefix only . Could I go to the apache 1.3 ports and compile with those option ?

Normally one would use the '-D' switch with make to modify parameters, but in this case I don't think that'll work. Try opening the Makefile in /usr/ports/www/apache13 and adding your options to the 'CONFIGURE_ARGS' variable.
