[OpenBSD 4.2] sendmail documentation

Could anyone point me to a good documentation on how to setup a direct sendmail mail server on openbsd 4.2? I know there's the manpages and the README file but those are going over my head. Most of the documents I google for either talk about smarthost or postfix or sendmail client.
