Introduction to Linux - A Hands on Guide
This guide was created as an overview of the Linux Operating System, geared toward new users as an exploration tour and getting started guide, with exercises at the end of each chapter.
For more advanced trainees it can be a desktop reference, and a collection of the base knowledge needed to proceed with system and network administration. This book contains many real life examples derived from the author's experience as a Linux system and network administrator, trainer and consultant. They hope these examples will help you to get a better understanding of the Linux system and that you feel encouraged to try out things on your own.

It's time for another random Linux game. This is a game I found when I was browsing around the Debian package manager, synaptic, and it sounded fun and interesting in the description, so I installed it. It's called ri-li and is a toy train game where the main purpose is to run around the track collecting wagons and increasing your length until you finish all the cars in the map.
It is a very easy to play game but very addictive too, quite similar to the popular Snake Race game and its variants. The fun factor is the jolly light music and the colourful graphics. The downside of this game is that it takes quite a bit of system resources and loading times can be quite high (at least on my HP nx6110 laptop it took more than half a minute to load).
