Mint19 cinamon. Lost password. Can not reninitiate


Hello all community.

After end batery charge, my computer suddenly don t directly got access at my cession ( i have only one : no guess or other).
So i have to type my password. But nothing happened.

Before anoying helpers on forum,
I read solution and try 2 ways to re initialize my pass : by grub and by recovery mode. Many times.

Grub mode assure me pass was changed succesfully. But after reset, still can not access.

Pretty weird.

Any help please ?

would be nice to know exactly what OS is, how it was installed, what hardware is it and what did you make.
It is not a password issue and also it is not grub (on the picture).

Answers to the questions in post 2 would be a good start. Also, did you do an online search for the error as when I do that, most sites I come up with are regarding using WSL. Are you using your Linux system within windows? If not, more specifics on what you are using. Some information on this problem at the site from the below link.
