Description:

Puppy Linux is a LiveCD based OS, which can be also installed on a Hard Disk, astick USB, a CD or DVD muli-sssion,anprobably other medias I can't imagine!
It enregisters each session on the chosen media, gives acces to other partitions in nealy every FS used, including Windows, & is fast, easyto use, flexible.
Apart from the basic iso image, whch is round the 100mb's, & already a fully fledged, usable OS, there is a list impressionable of add-on programs.
In addition to the basic Puppy, certain have developped their own versions, or 'pupplet', which makes an embarass of choice.
It runs equally well on old, hidden in the cupboard machines, given a lifting by a Puppy, as it does on your new, up to date wizard PC.
I was searching for my 'perfect' distro, without to much success, & thought I'd use Puppy for a bridge LiveCD, 3 or4 months ago. I'm hookdon thelittle beast & now I'm building my own Pup.
Try it out, it's worth a few minutes of your time.
