Description:

Zenwalk, is a great distro for a older system (1 gig
128mb mem) I easily downoaded jre, openoffice from http://www.linuxpackages.net and installed easy. The Xfce 4.3.9 is a huge improvement over prior versions. If you have a aging system, I highly recomend zenwalk 2.6.

A mini-slackware like the previos distro name implies. Netpkg needs work though.

Pros:
ridiculously fast, stable, easy to install, upgrade, update, everything works
Cons:
not a huge repo, but adequate enough, some issue with external cdrom {worked at the end.}
This distro is simplistic and yet with everything you need for your OS. It is slack-based, but has the feel of debain for package dependency hadnling. Very easy to work with but faster than almost any of the other big OSes due to its slack heritage and KISS mentality.
It is a distro to be experienced. It tames slackware for you. A newbie can easily get going. Installer is still text-based on some parts. The install time was 15 minutes. This is one of my fastest install with almost everything on there. No bloat.
