Easy Install, Loooots of Programs and tools
Grafic Card and Monitor
I am using SuSE 9.0 only for my Servers. I have some applications which are not available under Linux and I can't switch my operation to a new software what easy. Maybe later on, but XP works fine :-)
Anyway, I installed SuSE on a Workstation with a Hercules Grafic Card but I couldn't get the graphics properly running. (Lack of driver at this stage)
Don't mind. Also I have installed Linux on my Web-/Mail-/Proxyserver. Perfectly. Configuration and everything else went smoothly without any problems. I am using SuSE Linux since Version 4.3 maybe that is the reason why I use it. I have tried Debian once and Redhat. But none of these distries where satisfying for me.

Partitioning, easy to use, nice layout,
no much documents in english, some program installation trouble
Very good, easy to use and configurable operating system. It have very nice graphical interface. Free updates. I tried to find some documents about his distro in internet, but i couldn't find any in english. Most of them was in German. I tried to install many third party programs but i couldn't finish it. But if u have rpms no problem at all. It worth a try.

Good for beginners, easy to configure things
Didn't recognize all my hardware, my changes didn't always "stick"
This was my first Linux distro in about 5 years, and it really helped me get back into the swing of things. Unfortunately, it didn't detect my wifi card, so I had to use it offline for a year until I finally just bought an ethernet cable. I would recommend this for any beginner.
