Pros: Solid, semi-rolling release, easy to use, good team (not a "1 person project")
Cons: Update manager should be easier.

I've been using PCLinuxOS for more than a year and it's very good. I use the LXDE and KDE versions, this last in 64 bits. And the fact that is semi-rolling release is great: you don't have to format your hard drive for a distro upgrade; it goes on permanently.
