Description: "The new SolydXK ISO images include the latest updates from June's Update Pack. Changes: thanks to forum users the following applications are now localized into Spanish, Catalán, German and Dutch - Device Driver Manager (DDM), Debian Plymouth Manager, LightDM Manager, Software Manager, Welcome Screen; the Steam installer has been removed, and Steam installed, thus leaving out a step to install Steam before you can start playing; Blueman has been removed, it showed in the system stray even if you didn't have Bluetooth running; Java has been upgraded to the latest version...."
Keywords: Debian-based Spanish Catalán German Dutch Steam

Pros: Cutting edge, but stable.
Cons: None by now

With this issue, SolydXK comes of age. As I am mainly a KDE user, my comments aare about SolydK. New tools (Device Driver Manager, Debian Plymouth Manager, LightDM Manager and Welcome Screen have been added and localised (by the way, it is Catalŕ or Catalan, not 'Catalán'). Nice to see the forum and the Developer Team growing, but much better is having monthly updates (it is a Rolling Release) without issues. Another plus is having the last versions of Firefox and Thunderbird, both being in the default install.

Lately I installed the Xfce version (SolydX) in an old Uniwill 220II with Pentium M and only 1 GB of memory. Nice to see this old hardware running really fast, as it never did with KDE, even with 3.5; also found quite easy getting used to Xfce.
