I'd say that everyone who has ever used Linux should read this book. Doesn't matter if you are a professional or a novice user.
One should always remember that Linux would not be what it is had it not been for the GPL, and we have RMS to thank for that.
You can also contribute to this book. As this book is released under the GFDL, they are accepting patches just like we would with any free software program. Accepted changes will be posted electronically and will eventually be incorporated into future printed versions of this work.
