Pros: Stability and elegance
Cons:

I have tried Sabayon on and off since version 8 XFCE X86, which broke my dropbox upgrading from 8 to 9 along with other minor issues. Then vs. 11 came out and I just got an amd64 x2 and decided to try the full monty with KDE. It is by far the most stable and elegant distro I've tried, and the upgrade to 13.04 went flawlessly. Seems like the earlier issues were growing pains while upgrading Sulphur to Rigo.
