Kwort is described as a distro for advanced users, which apparently means abandoning all the advances of the last 20 years. The documentation tells you that on rebooting after installation you need to create a user, set a locale, edit xorg.conf, set up a network, configure init, and so on.
In fact, I never got that far. The installer started by running cfdisk, which crashed. Luckily I didn’t need it, and I was able to complete the installation and reboot. When I ran startx, I discovered that Openbox couldn’t run because of a missing dependency. I could have gone on to configure everything from the command line, but with two major bugs already found I really couldn’t see the point.
