A quick and simple way to get Debian Stable

This version of Snow Linux is really just a respin: after you use the live CD to install, the result is Debian Stable.
The differences to using Debian are
1. a live CD instead of an installation DVD
2. the installer is simpler
3. a firewall is installed, although not activated
4. Synaptic and Software Centre are configured to use all the available Debian repositories, where Debian is configured to use the DVD set.
It's a small CD, with just internet and media software installed by default: Chromium, Icedove mail, Empathy, Transmission, Totem, Rhythmbox, and Shotwell. Codecs and Gnash (the free clone of Flash) are installed. Firmware and drivers for various hardware can be installed from the Debian repositories.
As one would expect with Debian Stable, all worked well. Both the installer and the finished installation would (just about) run in 256MB.
