I don't need or desire to go "cloud," or "multi-device." I don't want to learn anything new. I'm a point and click guy. The old simple looking GNOME suits me just fine. I don't make noise about things I don't understand. I don't understand anything beyond 10.04. Hell, I would have preferred to stay with 8.10 or 9.10. I especially like the old black, red and orange look. Purple is for pussies. The rest is history! I'll stay with 10.04 until it no longer works. Then I'll go to mint. Hopefully they, too, haven't gone mental like Shuttleworth.
