Pros: good overview of material
Cons: duplicate info; weak hardware section

The book was helpful in passing the Linux+ test but I would advise using another book in addition to this one. While it does a good job of giving an overview of the material, it isn't precific enough to help much in the "real world." There are some typos in the review questions in the book and there are MANY typos in the CD based questions.

Also, the hardware section is very limited so you will probably want to look at an A+ (hardware) study guide for additional help.
