Pros: Extremely easy set upon a HP DL360. Easy navigation and professional look.
Cons: Some limitations still a pain to deal with on free version.

Installed on a HP DL360 rack mounted server. Installed and had it running in about 30 minutes. There are some functions that a home user can use or does need on the free version but considering it is a free license it is well worth the time time to install and configure. If I needed a professional system, Astaro would be the one I would choose. Would also be more than happy to get some minor additional functionality with a small charge for home/SMB user without a full blown package.
