Pros:
Very useful as covers all the basics of Ruby.
Cons:
Just the usual stuff that can be found in all programming books.
The book is a must if you ever need to program Ruby. It is so nicely written and all the concepts are given due weightage.
The examples used are very descriptive and the authors have done their best for even a newbie to Ruby to understand the book and use it to become a good programmer.
