As a new linux user (ubuntu) I accidentally deleted my HDD and my backup usb hdd. After trying several ways to recover them, I finally found this live cd.
Works flawlessly on an AMD64 laptop. Not a single problem.
Could recover all.
In the other hand, it helped me making a fast backup of my external HDD (usb).
The only thing I'd add to this fantastic cd is the ability of adding programs in an way like ubuntu. It is supposed to be easy, but I couldn find the way :D. I'm not very good with commands ;)
