I have recently been trying out a number of light-weight distros from a Linux Format magazine DVD. The reviewer there gave it 9/10, so it would obviously suit some people, but it didn't impress me.
It's certainly small, and would run on a 128MB computer. The installation went smoothly, and there's a good selection of software. The desktop is quite smart, if you don't mind a spider as a logo.
However, there are problems for those who want to go further. Much of the documentation is in French. The reviewer described the package manager as easy to use, but my attempt to use it failed. I couldn't discover how to configure the keyboard, even to activate the Compose key, and I couldn't just edit the files because the keyboard drivers are all precompiled.
If you have a need for a basic light-weight distro, this may satisfy, but for something more configurable, I'd recommend Puppy.
