This book contains many real life examples derived from the author's experience as a Linux system and network administrator, trainer and consultant. They hope these examples will help you to get a better understanding of the Linux system and that you feel encouraged to try out things on your own.

Depending on what you are looking for, this is a very good product or a very bad product. If you want an OS, go elsewhere, if you want a live cd to recover from teh stupid errors you did, get it.
This IMHO, is better than knoppix and is a very nice tool. I used it to recover my system when I buggered it up, allthough it is not a nice gui, you still have a decent interface.

This is a very good product for a linux n00b13! Like me! It is very easy to customize, it is easy to install, it is easy to download. All in all this is an excellent product allthough there are a few things I did not like.
Its rpm dependancies irritated me alot, specially when I tried to install something, it said it needed to have so and so rpm installed. I clicked on the so and so rpm and tried to install it, but for some reason it depended on the original thing which depended on it. In other words, it didnt work.
Another thing is the amount of useless things it puts on. I honestly have no need for all the bad games it puts on, that is just kinda bad. There is no point to them, maybe solitaire, but thats about it.
But for everything else, this was a great product. I would suggest it to any n00b13.
