Quanta Plus?

I'm running Zenwalk 6.0 and have installed KDE, including kdewebdev.

I'm confused - can someone tell me where I find Quanta Plus? I understood this was part of kdewebdev. A search for Quanta on Netpkg shows up kdewebdev. I can't find Quanta plus in the application launcher menu, nor can I start it on the command line.

My apologies - I should have said I'm running KDE4.
