Installing with important stuff on /dev/hda2

I am going to install Yoper in 1 hour and 10 minutes, when my BitTorrent finishes downloading it. I remember there were some distros which were a pain if you didn't want to format the partition you were installing to.

Is this going to be a problem with Yoper?

OK, just to let anyone else know - it formatted it , weithout asking.

you obviously did something wrong there! it shouldnt have formatted it - normally it launches a nice graphical qtPart, where you can set everything up

All i remember it doing was asking about which partition I wanted to use for /home and / and so on and then without warning.... bye bye stuff!!!

qtParted should have asked you to partition first
