burning dvd+rw with k3b

Hello everyone: I am running Yoper on a laptop and am having some trouble trying to record to a dvd+rw disc. The laptop is an Avertec with a DVD burner. I am using k3b but so far have gotten 2 different error messages when trying to write files to a dvd+rw disc. After I used the quick format and tried to burn the dvd, the first message was "/dev/hdc: unable to proceed with recording:unable to unmount" so I went to a console and did a umount /mnt/cdwriter, and it apparently unmounted the device. Then the next error was "/dev/hdc: doesn't look like isofs.." I serched around for info about dvdtools and growisofs and all of that appears to be installed, and I reran k3b setup, but so far no luck . So I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction. Thanks in advance for any help.

Problem solved. In addition to unmounting the cdwriter, I also had to unmount the cdrom and then it worked.
