XUbuntu install stuck at 82%

So, everytime I try to install from the newest XUbuntu ISO, it gets stuck at 82%, "32gnome_power_manager".

Does anyone know what's going on? I apearently can't install without it booting from the live CD version..

Thank you for any assistance, as i've tried installing many times.

Edit: I forgot to say, I had an older beta release up and running perfectly.

When you boot from the CD you get a menu, one of the options is to "Check CD for defects", do that and se if it has any, if it does, you'll probably have to re-download the ISO or re-burn the CD.
