Xubuntu 15.04 upgraded report
 

I tried different ways to upgrade. The easiest is to let software updater do it while you have an Internet connection. It kept all my software & settings. I had to manually edit the sources.list to re-enable 3 party software PPA's.

gksudo leafpad /etc/apt/sources.list

So far everything is working.
