Windows (XP) on Ubuntu with VMWare Server

Hello,

During the vmware player startup when I try to connect my audio sound card I got this error:

"Failed to open sound device /dev/dsp: Device or resource busy
Failed to connect virtual device sound."

I am using ubuntu 9.0.4 with VMware® Player 2.5.3.

I have also noticed that if Firefox is not running everything works fine.

Any idea?
