Windows and Ubuntu on a USB key

How do I put Windows 7 installation and Ubuntu 10.04 Live CD onto a USB key? I want to be able to install windows or Ubuntu from one USB key and I am not sure how to set that up.

I don't know if you can do it from a single key, but here is a link for Win7 and here is a link for Ubuntu.

Win 7 and Ubuntu on a single USB key

I do know how to put Win 7 and Ubuntu on separate USB keys I am looking on trying to put them on the same key. Anyone know how to put Win 7 and Ubuntu on the same USB key.

Do you know what the partition structure of each single key is? If so, maybe you can shrink/stretch partitions and then chainload Win7 from grub. I've only ever done this.

Windows 7 and Ubuntu on USB Grub4DOS

According to the documentation for GRUB4DOS you can't boot a windows installation from a ISO file. This would work if I want multiple versions of Linux on a USB key, but what about windows 7 and Linux?
