Why Don't All Users See Kunbuntu Desktop?

I have successfully converted two systems from Ubuntu to Kubuntu. One system has two non-system users. The user (first admin of the system) who converted to Kubuntu desktop has the Kubuntu desktop. The other user, even after deletion and re-creation still uses Gnome. How can I get that second user to login using the Kubuntu desktop?

I'm not sure if Ubuntu does this the same way, but basically you need to make sure that that user's xinit points to KDE. The system default might be at /etc/X11/xinitrc. Your main user might be using ~/.xinitrc to select KDE instead. Take a look around for similar files and make the appropriate adjustments.
