Why can't i finalize an apt-mirror on 10.04?

I'm trying to create a mirror for offline software installation however I can't get it to finish cause some packages are reporting errors (and I see the same thing on my own desktop):

Some 16 packages are stuck on that same problem. Is there a workaround available?

Well.... apparently there's a reason why those files can't be downloaded (at least from ISA [or whatever it's called these days]'s point of view). For example:

python-milter-docs_0.8.13-3ubuntu1_all.deb:
Access to python-milter-docs_0.8.13-3ubuntu1_all.deb file is blocked due to a detected infection:
Category: Security Vulnerability
Infection name: Exploit:HTML/IframeRef.M

Say what?
