VirtualBox Having Issues

Hi, I am running Tango Studio which rides on Ubuntu. I want to use VirtualBox OSE to setup different operating systems and further my networking carerr. But when going to start the virtual machine I get an error

Kernel driver not installed (rc=-1908)

Please install the virtualbox-ose-dkms package and execute 'modprobe vboxdrv' as root.

So I go to Synaptic and upgrade the packages because my skills are lacking in a terminal. It gives me an error saying to check the make log for DKMS make.log for virtualbox-ose-3.1.6. Here is that error:

Any idea what I need to do?

You can't build drivers unless you install the kernel-devel package that matches your kernel, which appears to be kernel 3.0.0-19-lowlatency.

Would that be listed in Synaptic Package Manager and if so would there be a specific name for the package? Thanks

What I meant to say was that when I do a search for that kernel devel 3.0.0-19-lowlatency in Synaptic Package Manager I don't find it. Is there an alternate means I can use to get this, maybe apt?
