Using Ubuntu7.04 Alpha.


I'm using Ubuntu-7.04 Alpha, my question is if i continue using it and update when new updates available will it be the same when Ubuntu releases the final version?

Yes it will be if you use apt with the upgrade or dist-upgrade options.

The answer is yes. When I tried the 6.10 RC my system was updated to the final release by applying all suggested updates as presented to me. I would think this will be the same case for 7.04.

i thought 7.04 didnt come out for another 2 months.

im using the alpha-4 i know it will be another 2 months before its final release.

Thank you very much guys for your replys, as i see there is no major issue in alpha as far as im concerned.
