For some reason I added my user account 'carlos' to the group 'vboxusers' and it shows it worked but when I verify with the following command, I don't see it listed...

carlos@ghost:~$ groups
users adm cdrom sudo dip plugdev lpadmin sambashare
Now when I go into my /etc/passwd file, I look for the line entry for 'vboxusers' group and I see...

So I'm just confused...why does the 'group' command not show carlos is an additional [-G] member of 'vboxusers'?
