Update of Ubuntu 16.04 LTS

I have Ubuntu 16.04 LTS and keep Getting an update via the Software Updater. When I update the following notice keeps coming up.

Requires installation of untrusted packages from unauthenticated sources.

How do I stop this happening?

When looking at the download details in the Software Updater, one of the updates was Skype for Linux Beta 3rd Party. Technical details stated it was from an unknown source. I uninstalled Skype and rebooted, the Software Updater downloaded and installed the updates normally.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
