Ubuntu+Solaris+Vista triple boot

Hi there all. I want to get rid of all my data right now and want to install all the three OS in my laptop. I'm sure there will be problems from partitioning too. So, What is the best way to partition for this. Note that I need a swap for ubuntu. I have decided to go in the following manner of installation:
1. Install vista from my recovery disc provided to me.
2. Use GParted to partition off spaces for Solaris and Ubuntu (with swap)
3. Instal Solaris first.
4. Install Ubuntu at the end.

Now, I've never tried installing three systems on a machine before. So, can you please provide me any recommendations if this is the best way or should I try another method.

I second this question.

As I want to install OS-X on a PC that already has Vista and Ubuntu, but a free partition just waiting to be populated.
