Exclamation Ubuntu Software Center won't allow writing a review on an application

I have a brand new build of Ubuntu 14.04 Gnome installed on a computer. Unfortunately my 12.04 disk was crashing all the time due to disk failure come to find out. I've been using Ubuntu since the 9.04 release. So now after installing this newest release, some good some bad, I have issues with the software center. I installed a piece of software and it crashes constantly, takes forever to load. Everyone says it is great, but one person says the same thing I just mentioned. So I wanted to write a review and mention all the issues I have with this software package. Every time I try to write a review it pops up a message stating "Signing in..." and never goes any further. I can download new apps no problem. I can install apps that are only through Ubuntu One so I know my account is ok. I searched the internet and couldn't find any relevant documents that helped. One mentioned loading passwords and keys and deleting the Ubuntu Software Center entry, but I don't have one, yet I have downloaded software using an Ubuntu One account. There was a 3D network diagramming tool MaSSHandra and 2X as well both required this, so I know that this account is configured and works.

Any thoughts as to how I can fix this issue? I submitted a bug report, as this seems like a bug to me especially considering this is a brand new install of the OS on a brand new hard drive, and only a few tweaks done using the Gnome Tweak Tool.

You may get an answer here but since it is an Ubuntu operating system dealing with Ubuntu specific software, have you tried posting at the Ubuntu forums?
