ubuntu problem booting

Hi i have problem booting ubuntu cd, i downloaded ubuntu-5.04-install-i386.iso from ubuntulinux.com, but it came up with texts saying fail to load o/s.

Hi,

first: Are you sure you burned the image properly? If yes, check if your BIOS boot up sequence contain booting from cd.

Maybe the data is corrupt. Verify the md5 sum of the CD.
