ubuntu packages

Hello, I had to scrap Debian Lenny after several file system checks and boot failures. I will inquire about this in another post.

I have the installed the latest ubuntu. I could't find a dedicated forum so am posting my question here.

I need to back up my icedove mail. I cannot see any way of restoring msf files in Evolution. Is it possible to install icedove or thunderbird?

Additionally, does Realplayer 11 come with latest ubuntu?

Here is my sources.list

Well, the default Ubuntu repositories do not provide a repository for RealPlayer 11, but it is included in Medibuntu repository for Ubuntu 8.10 (Intrepid Ibex) onwards. See https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Medibuntu

Once you have added the Medibuntu repository, you can add various non-libre software including RealPlayer.
