Ubuntu getting stuck
 

Hi all,

this is the o/p of lshw on my machine

but the thing is that this machine is getting stuck all the time whenever I access a webpage from my php server and i open an office document.
when the computer gets stuck even keyboard shortcuts like CTRL- ALT- DEL ,are not working

N:B i use ubuntu 8.04

should i give updates to fix the problem

i did run with that situation a couple of time using terminal. restart in safe mode and check your graphic card drivers. if there are third party drivers you have to be sure is enable. that worked for me.
