Transmission freeze in Hardy

I've searched around for answers on this one, but no luck so far.

Has anyone else had Transmission freezes in Hardy?

When I'm on Transmission and trying to throttle downloads/uploads the application crashes altogether, forcing a complete (app, not system) shutdown and restart.

I didn't have the problem until recently. I'm a greedy leecher, I'll admit, but once I've got the thing I want I leave it there for days and throttle up to full upload speed.

The crash only/always happens when I go into the preferences dialog. I can throttle an individual item, but not do it globally.

System is fully up to date, so are there any new issues with Transmission in Hardy, given that the problem has only recently appeared?

And if so has anyone any answers?

OK. No answers on this one.

But, for information, the problem appears to have been resolved after an update.

I'd still prefer Azureus, though.
