the cache wont get updated completely in update manager in ubuntu 11.04

hi, i recently installed the Ubuntu 11.04 on my desktop. but then during the updates, i got the following errors while the cache was updating itself:

i see the problem is not so serious but i am just not able to pin point the issue. as a result the gsstreamer does not get installed and i cant get any sounds and videos running on it. the only sounds and videos i get are flash videos in my browser but not locally on my desktop. i am desperately waiting for the updated system so that i could explore it totally. any suggestions in this regard would be of great help to me. i would be waiting for replies..

what i figured out till now is that "in.archive.ubuntu.com_ubuntu_dists_natty_universe_binary-i386_Packages" is a "bz2" package which doesnt get extracted. so is there a way to paste the right "bz2" package in "/var/lib/apt/lists/partial/" ?? may be this would work, would it ?

any replies plz !!!! does anyone have any clue to it ???
