Breezy : System - Help = New Guide

Please -

The first thing you should do after finishing an installation of Breezy is consult the new "Unofficial Guide" for breezy, located Under the System menu and selecting the Help entry (or just clicking your life preserver icon on the top panel). This will help you along a great deal.

I can verify this as well. I upgraded from the RC. I then did a fresh install after that. And the guide was right there.
