I've actually had problems in Kubuntu not letting my have root access when I use synaptic. Luckily I like Gnome better , problem solved.

For real though, there's some good advice here on this thread.

Adept is cool,I solved the problem. It was occuring because of wrong sources.list.

I have updated the list and now works fine. Thanks for all.
