Squid cache error

hi guyz, am a newbie to ubuntu system, though i know basic commands, i have installed squid3 proxy on ubuntu 12 lts server, connected to mikrotic in tansparent mode, my system has been working well, till i tried to check for cached items, from the cache.log, from it i got the following:

intercept.cc(137) netfilterinterception nf getsockopt(so_original_dst) failed on FD 264: (92) Protocol not available,

how do i correct this?

a quick google suggests this may be from trying to use transparent proxying and conventional proxying on the same port?
