will this help:As everybody knows that the MSN has ended Hotmail's Free Outlook Access. But I don't know why there are still some accounts still have the accesses. In addition, using thunderbird webmail plugin for hotmail still has the ability to access any hotmail account even accounts which I canot access using outlook express hope this help as i can not figure why you cannot access hotmail, other than MS is charging for it now

Hi,
Well if it didnt work with hotmail, it does with msn. Up and running in 5 mins. Thanks a bunch it yelled at me, of course at first because i didnt put entire email address for authentication, but thats normal.
