repository which contains SWAT and EMACS

when i try to do a

apt-get install swat

or

apt-get install emacs


it cannot find the packages. does anyone know of a repository that i can to the /etc/apt/sources.list which contains these packages?

Make sure to add "universe" to your sources. swat is in universe. For emacs, try "emacs21"
