remove keyring
 

hi,,sory i dont know whether this is the right place to add my thread or not.

there we go:
i have installed the driver of a usb wireless adapter using ndiswrapper.
since then , when i start up my pc(ubuntu 8.04) it asks about a key ring code first then it connects to Internet.
becoz i wanna connect to the Ubuntu pc from a windows xp using vnc, and the ubuntu is without monitor and keyboard i wanna remove the key ring prompt.

Hi Raedbenz,

It sounds like your adapter tries to encrypt the traffic with OpenPGP.
So, there you can try to disable traffic encryption in a conf file (depends on the driver and manufacturer),
OR to manage your keys (keyring) with OpenPGP (man gpg).
It's a huge topic to explain how this works in one post, but if you have some concrete questions, please ask.
