realtek alc650 on board sound


i am using an msi k7n2 motherboard with realtek alc650 on board sound in feisty. unfortunately feisty will not detect the chipset. any suggestions on getting it detected? i can take it from there. will post any requested data. thank you for your consideration in this matter.

Try using the Realtek drivers from their site: http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/...&GetDown=false

There's probably a README or INSTALL file that tells you how to do it.
