Raid array swap file problem

My raid array has a problem where one swap file partition on one of the drives is corrupt or otherwise defective. Is there a way to fix it, copy the other one to the bad one???? Not sure what to do. I notice that when the system boots that only one of two drives successfully initiates properly. The system seems to operate fine, just would like to fix the error.
Feisty fawn on a gateway P4 with 1 gb memory and two 80gb drives.
