Question on reloading ndiswrapper after standby
 

i just finished setting up kubuntu on my notebook (ibm thinkpad i1300) , everything's working fine except that when i put my notebook into suspend mode and bring it back my wireless networking's not working. i'm using a pc card for the wireless connection (netgear wg511v2), as soon as the notebook is put into standby the led's on the pc card power off and when i bring the notebook out of standby, i open up the console and type in
it either brings up an error: "Segmentation fault" or "Resource busy". is there any other way i can get my wireless pc card to work when i get the notebook out of standby or do i have to reboot the notebook everytime i put the computer in standby.
