Talking Potential Ubuntu Set-Up

This thread is similar to one I had earlier, but different enough that I decided to post a fresh thread.

Here is a sample Ubuntu set-up; I have been thinking about this:

Users:

1) Larry:
Is the only account with root / admin access. He can "sudo". If possible, I would like to disable "sudo do" on this account but doing so is not required. This account will be part of the necessary group to access my virtual box guest OS

2) Curly:
My regular user account. This account does not have root / admin access. This account will be part of the necessary group to access my virtual box guest OS.

3) Moe:
A guest account. This account does not have root / admin access and will not have virtual box access.

My questions:

A) Is this set-up possible?
B) If possible, then how difficult to implement?

Thanks.

Easy - edit sudo to allow Larry to use it (so instead of using ALL, change it to Larry). Create a group for vbox and chown the files for vbox to that group, then make Curly a member. Make sure that Moe has no sudo access or vbox group access and you're rocking!

9.04 has a guest option built in where you can switch users from the gnome interface. None of the files saved there are persistent though so depends if those changes need to be persistent or not for moe (option is "Guest Session" from fast user switch applet)
